The Art of Slowing Down is a simple and gentle day to step out of the rush and back into yourself. When we can slow down and work with our hands, this offers us a really simple way to tap out of our mind and into our bodies.
This day retreat is not about fixing. It’s about slowing down enough to feel your shoulders drop, your breath deepen, and your mind get a little quieter. A full day to create with your hands, rest your nervous system, enjoy good food, and be around kind hearted people without any pressure to be a certain way.
We’ll move through the day at an easy pace inside the beautiful geodesic dome as we mix sound, creativity, and simple grounding practices.
