WELCOME TO YOUR MOUNTAIN RETREAT
We’ve created an entire wellness weekend for you to find your next step, connect with like-hearted people, and experience the gentle healing energy of the Rocky Mountains. From the moment you arrive, you’ll step into a place of connection, and discovery. Whether you choose to arrive early on Friday evening or fresh on Saturday morning, you will find a welcoming atmosphere where you can settle in at your very own pace.
Each day has been intentionally structured to balance group meals, engaging communal activities, intimate modality sessions, and time for self-care or reflection.
We understand that one size doesn’t always fit all, and this is why YOU get to choose YOUR OWN path by selecting from a variety of healing modality sessions like forest bathing, sound healing, natural cold dips, human design, mindful arts, emotional freedom technique, traditional Chinese medicine, pilates, take in a panoramic view on an interpretive hike, and more.
This flexible approach allows you to create your own retreat experience, whether you want to dive deep into one practice or explore several new healing tools. Our facilitators are here to gently guide and support you on your unique healing journey.

On top of that, everything is provided for you to arrive just as you are.
From bedding, lodging and meals, we've got you covered.
