Enhancing Wellness at the Joy & Vitality Centre

The Salt Cave Sound Bath blends sound healing, nervous-system support, and dry salt therapy (halotherapy). Fine salt particles are dispersed through into the air to help clear mucus, support easier breathing, soothe allergies, and relax the body while sound guides rest and regulation.

Halotherapy benefits may include:
• Clearing mucus & supporting easier breathing
• Relaxing the nervous system and reducing stress

Salt Cave Sound Bath

The Salt Cave Sound Bath is a unique and intimate way to gather with your people.

 

 Invite your group into a restorative experience that blends deep relaxation with gentle, immersive sound. Our Salt Cave Sound Bath is a session within a halotherapy (Himalayan Salt) room, where participants rest comfortably for a relaxing sound bath experience.

Private group sound baths are priced at a set rate. 

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your date

Private bookings are non-transferable and intended for private use only. Public ticket sales, third-party resale, or promotional advertising of the event is not permitted without written consent from Somatika.
