Gift Card Terms

Gift cards cannot be applied toward events, experiences or packages that are sold or processed through a third-party website, venue, hotel or external booking platform. This may include experiences such as Pyramid of Sound, select retreats, hotel packages and other partner events.

Gift cards:
• are final sale and non-refundable
• are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash
• do not expire
• do not guarantee admission, availability or access to any specific event
• do not reserve or hold tickets or spaces
• must be used to complete a separate event booking, subject to availability at the time of purchase
• are subject to the same booking deadlines, capacity limits and first-come, first-served availability as all other purchases
