Floating Frequencies is a deeply relaxing sound healing session where guests float on air mattresses above the city at The Westin in Downtown Calgary in their rooftop pool. During these sessions it is intended that guests stay dry throughout the session, getting comfortable with a provided blanket and pillow.

Our Floating Sound Bath is a dry, on-water sound healing session where guests rest on air mattresses that float on the pool’s surface while staying fully dry and supported with pillows and blankets during a dreamlike sound bath of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.
