Goddess Flow Embodied Dance & Sound Bath

Come join us at Vie Universoul Wellness for an evening of movement, empowerment and community! This experience is designed to help you connect with your divine womb wisdom through dance and self-expression. Let go of inhibitions and embrace your feminine energy as you flow through the sounds and movements of the evening, with an ecstatic dance journey facilitated by DJ Vesi followed by a blissful sound bath guided by Somatika Wellness.

Music and movement have been an integral part of Vesi’s healing journey, especially in the aspect of feminine healing, taking her from feeling powerless for years to confident and empowered.

Vesi now seeks to help other women learn to embody their wild, divine, feminine essence through music, movement, embodiment and community, so that they may learn how to tap into their divine wisdom, step into their feminine power and confidently go after what they truly want in life!

In this 2.5 hour workshop hosted in the Vie Studio will be a beautiful journey incorporating a flow of elements:

• Workbook handout
• Goddess alter (feel free to bring something to add to the alter)
• Opening Circle (Vesi’s journey, what it means to embrace your feminine power, tarot card pull & message for each goddess to take with them into the evening)
• A curated musical journey taking you through different phases of music, movement and energies, from flowy, playful, wild, sensual, deep, unwavering, nostalgic, peaceful and still, helping you harness the power of your womb energy and release any shackles keeping you from walking in your god given feminine power
• A safe and judgement-free space to move and flow freely and completely as you are
• A beautiful sound bath consisting of ocean crystal bowls, ocean drums and chimes
• Closing Circle (goddess tea, rose flower offering, goodie bags)
• Electrolyte drinks on tap throughout the evening!

You are welcomed (and highly encouraged) to come dressed in whatever makes you feel like your most radiant goddess self, or something that showcases your unique expression, or whatever you are most comfortable in!

What to bring:

• Water bottle (filtered water also available to refill)
• Yoga mat and blanket/pillow for the sound bath
• Comfortable clothes to move in (layers recommended)

Doors open at 7:45pm. Event begins at 8:00pm. Due to set up and the nature of this event we kindly ask you to arrive on time.
