Somatika & The Westin Calgary
This Agreement is between Somatika (“Organizer”), The Westin Calgary (“Hotel”), and the individual or organization booking the event (“Client/Organizer”).
This Agreement governs the reservation, payment, and responsibilities associated with a private or group booking of Floating Frequencies – Floating Sound Bath at The Westin Calgary.
Final attendance numbers are subject to signed individual waivers from each participant.
a) A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure the date and venue.
b) The remaining balance is due in full prior to the event date as specified on the invoice.
c) Failure to provide payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
All food and beverage charges will be invoiced according to The Westin Calgary policies outlined in Section 5.

4. INDIVIDUAL WAIVER REQUIREMENT
a) Every participant must complete the Floating Frequencies – Attendee Agreement, Waiver & Release individually prior to participation.
b) The Client/Organizer agrees to distribute the waiver link to all guests and understands that no person will be permitted to enter the pool area or participate without a signed waiver on file.
c) Somatika and The Westin Calgary reserve the right to refuse participation to any unsigned attendee without refund.
Due to licensing and quality control:
a) All food and beverage must be provided, prepared, and served by The Westin Calgary and consumed on Hotel premises.

b) Menu pricing will be confirmed by the Hotel.

c) Additional charges:

20% service charge on all food and beverage revenue

Applicable taxes added to final invoice
The Client/Organizer accepts responsibility for the conduct of their guests and agrees to reimburse Somatika or The Westin Calgary for any damage to hotel property caused by members of the group, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
All parties agree to comply with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws including health and safety regulations and alcohol service requirements.
The Client/Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Somatika and The Westin Calgary from any claims arising from:

Failure to ensure participants sign individual waivers

Actions or negligence of guests

Breach of this Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
