Skyview Sound Bath

Join us for our first Skyview Sound Bath, a Saturday morning Sound Bath hosted within a space adorned with stunning thirty-foot ceilings and panoramic views of the sky.

Finding comfortable seating on your yoga mat, we welcome you to cloud gaze or close your eyes allowing yourself to be fully enveloped by the frequencies of crystal singing bowls and chimes as they relax your mind and body into a meditative state.

Cloud gazing is a passive meditation practice that invites you to gaze upward, and lose yourself in the ever-shifting canvas of the sky. As clouds drift lazily across the azure expanse, the aim is to let your thoughts drift away as well. The gentle movement and soft shapes of the sky provide a natural focal point, allowing your mind to ease into a state of mindfulness.

We know not everybody has the time to take a long period of time off which is why this Saturday mornng session is intended to offer you the opportunity to unwind and relax without consuming a significant portion of your day.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.

 Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Located in the Wyckham House on MRU Campus. Paid Parking in Lot 2 Doors will be open from 10:45-11:05am.
