Are you ready to sink into your intentions for the rest of Winter and Spring?
Winter is a beautiful time for introspection and getting curious about what you want to cultivate in your life ✨ This is why we are focusing this month’s Night Cellar on self-reflection, complete with a sound journey. Picture this, you are guided through an herbal cacao ceremony that connects you to the present moment and the herbal medicine of the earth. Then you are swept away into a beautiful sound journey provided by Megan, the creator of @_somatika , with heart-centered questions posed by Somatic Practitioner, Kyra Newton of @embodied_woman_ The evening flows between reflecting on the journal prompts, and entering into a meditative state supported by sound. You will end the evening off with community connection, and mingling. And that’s not all, a superfood grazing board is included. Complete with delicious spreads, organic and raw foods, treats and more. A blissful opportunity to connect to like-hearted community members and experience a conscious evening out.
