Let’s join together for A Journey into Love with Breathwork and Sound.
During the breathwork we open the realm of potentiality in which we can release old hurts, traumas, beliefs that may be impeding our ability to love ourselves and others deeply. In this altered state of consciousness, we may be able to forgive ourselves and others to create a space in which we can bring more love in.
After the breathwork, you will be in a beautiful state of receiving. Somatika will then help you rebalance your nervous system and have the energy of love and forgiveness imprint into your entire being with a soul nourishing sound bath.
