Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and retreat at our Greenhouse Sound Bath at The Saskatoon Farm just South of Calgary.
Upon arrival of the farm you will find yourself on a beautiful old fashioned main street abundant with plants, windmills, and totem poles. Enter the Greenhouse, lay your mat and make your space comfortable. Once you are settled in, come up to the bar for snacks and refreshments. We will be serving our Sound Bath Tea, a blend of nervine herbs that support your nervous system, induce relaxation and promote meditation, sponsored by The Light Cellar. Make sure to also grab a delicious treat provided by local vendors like The Saskatoon Farm, Pachamama Cafe and Blissful Womb Care.
