Join us in the mountains for a soothing Floating Sound Bath at The Nora Pool at The Kenrick Hotel in Banff

A unique evening of deep relaxation where you can choose to float gently on the pool, on a provided air mattress, or lounge poolside while tones of crystal bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes vibrate throughout the serene pool area and into the water.

Sound healing works through a process called entrainment where the brain and body naturally begin to synchronize with external rhythmic vibrations. Instruments like crystal bowls and gongs produce frequencies that can encourage a shift from active brain states (like beta waves) into slower, restorative states (alpha and theta waves), which are linked to relaxation, meditation, and deep rest.
