We invite you to savor the final warmth of summer with a soul-nourishing outdoor sound bath facilitated right within a flower garden.  Find your space and get grounded among up to 200 different types of flowers as we move through a soothing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and ocean drum.

Sound healing uses the vibrational frequencies of instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. These sound frequencies resonate with your body, helping to release stress, ease tension, and promote healing on a physical and emotional level. When combined with the grounding energy of flowers, the effects are amplified. Just being in nature has been shown to reduce stress, enhance mood, and improve overall well-being. As you lay within the bountiful garden of flowers, you’ll feel the harmonious vibrations of sound and nature working together to restore your mind, body, and spirit.

After the sound healing session continue your connection with the flowers by participating in an intentional U-PICK experience, where you can handpick your own bouquet of summer’s final blooms as the sun sets. This is a lovely opportunity to connect with nature, appreciate the colours, textures and fragrances as you pick each individual piece to ground yourself further and carry a piece of this tranquil experience home with you.
