
WELCOME TO YOUR MOUNTAIN RETREAT
We’ve created an entire wellness weekend for you to find your next step, connect with like-hearted souls, and settle into the gentle healing energy of the Rocky Mountains. From the moment you arrive, you’ll step into a place of connection, and discovery. Whether you choose to arrive early on Friday evening or fresh on Saturday morning, you will find a welcoming atmosphere where you can settle in at your very own pace.
Each day has been intentionally structured to balance group meals, engaging communal activities, intimate modality sessions, and time for self-care or reflection.
We understand that one size doesn’t always fit all, and this is why YOU get to choose YOUR OWN evolution by selecting from a variety of healing modality sessions like breathwork, sound healing, somatic movement, natural cold dips, meditation, human design, astrology, mindful arts, forest bathing, and more!
This flexible approach allows you to create your own retreat experience, whether you want to dive deep into one practice or explore several new healing tools. Our facilitators are here to gently guide and support you on your unique healing journey.

Choose your Modality Sessions
There are total of 3 Modality Sessions Scheduled from Saturday to Sunday.
Each Modality Session consists of 3-4 modality options for you to design your own retreat by choosing the sessions you would most like to experience.

BREATHWORK
This session offers a guided experience of Conscious Connected Breathwork. This somatic practice uses circular, continuous breathing to access altered states of awareness, release held emotions, and reconnect to your inner wisdom. We begin with intention setting and a trauma-informed introduction to the breath technique. Then we move into the breath journey itself, supported by music, optional guidance, and a safe, held space for whatever arises. After the breathwork, you'll have time to rest and reflect in a gentle integration space.

FOREST BATHING
Step into the stillness of the forest and reconnect with the natural world through the gentle, grounding practice of forest bathing, this experience invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to yourself. Through mindful walking, breathwork, and quiet reflection, you’ll explore the forest not as something separate from you but as a living, breathing ally in your healing and renewal.

ASTROLOGY
You’re invited to explore your creative and intuitive relationship with the formulas of astrology. We’ll work together to build clarity and confidence in interpreting the language of the Astrology in practical, meaningful ways that align to you. With your own personalized chart, you will come to understand yourself on a deeper level. All levels of experience and comfort with astrology are welcome!

YOGA
This all-levels yoga class is designed to meet your body and energy just as it is no pressure, no performance.
Grounding breathwork and centering will lead us into a steady flow of accessible movement to stretch, strengthen, and soften. Inspired by both somatic wisdom and traditional yoga, this session invites awareness of inner sensation, subtle alignment, and nervous system balance. We’ll close with restorative poses and a deeply relaxing savasana to support full integration.

HUMAN DESIGN
Human Design integrates the wisdom of several systems, like astrology and the chakra system, to reflect your energetic blueprint. Through your birth data (time, place, and date of birth), we can reveal how you are uniquely designed to navigate life.
In this session we will discuss the commonalities and differences between our designs, providing a deeper sense of empathy for those around us and a deeper wisdom of our true selves. Your chart shows how you are uniquely designed to move through the world, how you best make decisions, and how you energetically interact with those around you.

SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Embodied Joy, is a somatic movement journey for all levels and experience with somatics and movement. Together, we will use movement activities and self inquiry to connect to your body and cultivate joy. Through movement games in pairs, small groups and a big group we will see what brings your body a sense of joy. This journey will integrate movement, somatic experiencing, and co-regulation activities. You can expect to feel connected, grounded and, of course, joyful after this workshop.

INTERPRETIVE
GUIDED HIKE
A moderate 3 km round-trip hike with a rewarding climb to a panoramic viewpoint of Barrier Lake. Along the way, your guide will share the history of the land and help you identify native plants. With steep portions and uneven terrain, a moderate level of fitness, balance, and agility is recommended.

CREATIVE ARTS
Oracle Awakening is a no-pressure, no-judgement creative workshop for everyone. No art experience needed! Through gentle visualizations, meditations and intuitive prompts, you’ll paint your own personal oracle as a reflection of your inner wisdom. Creativity is a powerful form of healing, it helps quiet the mind, process emotions, and reconnect you with parts of yourself that often go unheard.

GUIDED BREATH &
COLD EXPOSURE
A guided breath and cold exposure session rooted in primal movement and somatic presence. This is a space to reconnect with your body, awaken resilience, and remember the wisdom of the wild within. This session includes a cold dip in natural mountain waters, guided with care to support your journey inward.

ALTERED STATES OF
CONSCIOUSNESS
A guided meditation enhanced with soothing alpha tones, carefully designed to help your brain naturally shift into relaxed, focused states of consciousness. This session uses sound and gentle guidance to quiet the mind, deepen your awareness, and open pathways to creativity, healing, and insight. Alpha brainwaves are known as the gateway to a calm yet alert mind. Perfect for releasing stress and enhancing intuition.

Settle in a whole evening early, enjoy a communal dinner & astral sound bath and bedtime meditation then wake pup to a beautifully slow morning in the mountains. Allowing you to get fully settled and grounded before the weekend begins.
