The Kananaskis Wellness Weekend is designed to be spacious and responsive, allowing you to move through the experience in a way that feels supportive and natural. You’ll be invited to register for modality sessions up until May 22nd so we can thoughtfully designate spaces and organize supplies. Communal meals and shared gatherings create moments of connection, while individual sessions and personal time allow you to tune inward. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, follow what feels right in the moment, and take rest or participation as you see fit.
