SOMATIKA SOUND BATH ~ OUTDOOR FLOATING SOUND BATH
PRIVATE GROUP BOOKING AGREEMENT
This Private Group Booking Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Somatika (“Organizer”), and the individual or organization identified below (“Client”).
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the reservation, payment, cancellation, and operation of a private Outdoor Floating Sound Bath.
Final attendance numbers must be confirmed no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event.
a) A non‑refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking fee is required to confirm the reservation.
b) The remaining balance is due no later than 9:00 a.m. MT on the scheduled event date.
c) Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking at the sole discretion of Somatika.
a) The Client acknowledges that the Outdoor Floating Sound Bath is conducted outdoors and is subject to weather and environmental conditions.​

b) Somatika reserves the sole discretion to postpone or cancel the event where weather or environmental conditions, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, heavy rainfall, wildfire smoke, poor air quality, or any other condition, are determined to present a safety risk or materially affect the experience.

c) Where an event is postponed due to weather, the parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event to a mutually acceptable date.

d) If the parties are unable to agree upon an alternate date, Somatika shall refund all amounts paid by the Client, less a fifty dollar ($50.00) administrative fee to compensate for booking, scheduling, payment processing, and administrative expenses incurred in connection with the reservation.

e) The Client acknowledges and agrees that all decisions respecting weather-related postponement or cancellation shall be made solely by Somatika and shall be final.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
a) Ensure participants arrive prior to the scheduled start time.

b) Communicate all event details and instructions provided by Somatika to participants.

c) Ensure that each participant completes Somatika's Participant Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in the event. Somatika reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who has not completed the required waiver.
5. PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY
a) the Client acknowledges that the Outdoor Floating Sound Bath is a wellness experience intended for relaxation and general well-being.

b) The Client understands that participation in the event is voluntary and that each participant is responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

c) Except when prohibited by law, Somatika shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from or related to participation in the event.

d) The Client acknowledges that a separate Participant Waiver and Release of Liability will be completed by each participant and agrees to advise all participants of this requirement prior to the event.
a) The booking deposit is non-refundable.

b) Cancellations initiated by the Client are not eligible for refunds, credits, or date transfers.
​
c) If Somatika cancels the event for reasons other than weather or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Client may elect to receive either a full refund or a rescheduled event date.
Somatika shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, cancellation, or inability to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such circumstances arise from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, wildfire, poor air quality, government restrictions, public health emergencies, utility interruptions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
